Stormwater will be treated with a combination of underground retention and surface detention. A community pump station will be designed to connect the utilities within the A1A right of way. |

The property consists of 40 acres which was heavily wooded and grass covered. The parking lot and roadway were designed to work in harmony with the church's future expansion as well as future improvement to Race Track Rd. |

| Angler's Paradise - MDG has completed engineering and site design for this proposed single and multi-family development in Fruitland, FL. MDG is was responsible for permitting to redevelop the parcel to include an improved entrance driveway, a paved main road, 23 single-family lots, 166 townhome units, and associated parking and stormwater treatment facilities. This project also includes the modification of existing water services, sewer pump station, and force mains to meet current state regulations. |

Matthews Design Corporate Building – MDG purchased a 1950’s church just north of downtown St. Augustine to convert to a new office building to house their expanding staff. Work scope included the engineering to convert the former church into a modern style office building through addition of a second story, and complete renovation of the existing structure and parking lot.

| East Coast Wells and Pumps Services, Inc. - MDG completed engineering and site design for this proposed development which inclides (4) buildings totalling 27,000 sq. ft. positioned on a 3.79 acre parcel. The design interconnected stormwater ponds to efficiently utilize the shape of the property. Efforts were also taken to buffer this proposed industrial site from neighboring residential properties. |

| Family Dollar - MDG completed engineering design for (2) Family Dollar Stores in Jacksonville, FL. MDG assisted with rezoning the site to PUD and expediting the building permits through the City of Jacksonville. MDG designed all aspects of both site developments including a directional drilled water connection across a four-lane highway, and stormwater design within a restricted drainage basin. |

| Lents Roadway - MDG has completed engineering and site design for a roadway in Nassau County, Florida. The scope of work for this project was the modification of a previous design to pave an existing dirt road fronting Lighthouse Point subdivision in Yulee, Florida. The road was re-designed using roadside swales in lieu of curb & gutter and reduced pavement width while preserving the viability of the stormwater system serving the subdivision. Modifications to existing permits were successfully obtained from both Nassau County and the SJRWMD. The redesign saved the developer an approximate $47,000 in construction costs.

| JABRAD Borrow Pit - MDG has completed engineering and site design for a proposed borrow put on a property that is composed of two vacant parcels totalling 20 acrs and zoned OR. The borrow pit design includes a rim ditch to recharge water back into the earth, ensuring no negative groundwater impacts to the neighboring lands. MDG was successful in obtaining a special use permit from St. Johns County Zoning Department. |
